I am a big fan of bench for the last 10 years. but when i realized something on a lady security guard of mega-mall on doing unusual thing. you should investigate something on that security lady. i think the "sales crew" of bench megamall can't do anything for this person. and also try to investigate the recruiter agency before you hire a person.
